Daniel Eddy
Michelin-starred Chef, Owner & Chef of Winner Bakery/Cafe
Chef Daniel Eddy has brought delight to palates far and wide – earning Michelin stars for his French-inspired cuisine at Rebelle, a fine-dining favorite (now closed) in Manhattan's Lower East Side. Prior to returning to his hometown of NYC, he showcased his talents at Spring in Paris. Continually reinventing himself, Eddy opened a new, neighborhood bakery/cafe in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Catering to families with daytime essentials like pastries, tasty sourdoughs, baguettes and scones, Eddy is bringing it back to basics, and opening up the night-time menu to surprise guest chefs. In his spare time he donates his talents to support NAACP-LDF, Loveland Foundation, and past Moving For Life Wine & Dine events.
