We are raising funds to support our Free DanceExercise classes throughout New York City. 
We hope to spread awareness of the importance of exercise in cancer recovery
and increase joy in the lives of those facing chronic illness or cancer.

Exercise significantly reduces the occurrence and recurrence of cancer.
Our classes help to Improve Energy, Increase Range of Motion, Reduce BMI and
minimize or improve many side effects of cancer treatment including Lymphedema and Neuropathy.
We promote support, community, and fun through dance.

Details on the #MoveForMom Challenge, 5 Simple Steps To Help Support Mom's Toward Greater Health:

1) Choose a song to honor your Mom or a special Mom in your life

2) Hit record on your phone or computer and dance in her honor! 
(We suggest using a horizontal orientation, so turn that camera sideways. Ten to 60 seconds is ideal.)

3) Upload your #moveformom video to your Facebook, IG or Twitter account with #moveformom 

4) Tag @MovingForLifeDanceExercise and request a donation from your followers 

5) Tag a few friends and challenge them to do the same!
